Menu highlights include bone marrow with a celery salad; poutine pigs feet, buttermilk fried chicken; and daal (Indian lentils) served with chutney toast. The burger is sinfully delicious, arriving topped with epoisse cheese, pickled carrots and arugula. Libations complement the fare with 20 rotating taps of locally brewed craft beer, a curated wine program and crafted cocktails designed by John Coltharp (Seven Grand, Caña Rum Bar).
