Sept. 1. George Clinton Parliament Funkadelic headlines the sixth annual event. The funk icon will be joined on stage by the best funk artists available including Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Katdelic, The Meters Experience featuring Leo Nocentelli, Delta Nove, Brasil Baile Funk with Gisella, Sea Funk Brass Band, MC Rickey Vincent and more.
