Innovative Dining Group’s restaurant inspirations are all over the map, from the Provençal bistro vibe of Delphine to the Latin American–spiked Japanese cuisine at Sushi Roku. IDG tries Chinese with West Hollywood’s Chi Lin, adjacent to the trend-setting restaurant group’s Italian eatery RivaBella. Exec chef Yujean Kang presides over the kitchen, and Cecile Tang of Joss Cuisine in Beverly Hills consults on the menu, which includes Maine lobster Cantonese xiong-tong over house-made noodles, crab and uni Yang Chau xiao-long bao (soup dumplings), and Hong Kong pin pei chicken served with porbien crêpes. Studio Collective’s interior design was inspired by a Hong Kong skyline and features hundreds of pendant lamps and striking optical art with butterfly wings. 9201 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood, 310.278.2068.
